All fees include proceedings, refreshments during breaks, lunch on both days, Gala Evening and V.A.T.

Please make the payment of the invoice which you will receive together with your confirmation by bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations:

The registration fee will be reimbursed (minus € 50,–, for students € 12,–, plus V.A.T. for administrative costs) provided that a written cancellation is received by October 8, 2011 (postal date). Cancellations after this date will result in the forfeit of the full registration fee.

 

Subsidised participation for students:

Students have the possibility to apply for a complimentary participation subsidised by the following companies: BMW AG, Continental Automotive GmbH, Daimler AG, General Motors Corporation, Volkswagen AG and AVL Deutschland GmbH (limited places).

Application criteria and selection process:

Subsidised places are applicable for Bachelor- and Master students focusing on the topics of vehicle engineering, combustion engines or comparable subjects.

Applications must contain a CV as well as information on completed examinations. If conditions are met the selection process will be based on the chronological order of applications received.

The examination of all received documents as well as the selection of students will be carried out by Prof. Dr. Beidl, Darmstadt University, and AVL. Upon submission of their documents, students agree to the conditions, that those can be forwarded to the respective companies mentioned above. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

All applications must be received by 1st of October at latest. Replies to the applicants will be sent out no later than 15th of October.
